About the role
Are you a UPSC aspirant who understands the exam beyond textbooks and can turn complex concepts into clear, engaging, exam-ready content?We’re looking for a Subject Matter Expert – UPSC to join our content team and help create high-quality study material for UPSC aspirants.
✍️ What You’ll Do:
1. Research, create, and review UPSC-focused study material and notes.
2. Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the UPSC syllabus and latest exam trends.
3. Simplify complex topics into clear, structured, and exam-oriented content.
4. Analyse UPSC trends and ensure important concepts are covered.
5. Work closely with Content and Product teams to maintain high editorial standards.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
1. Must have appeared for UPSC Mains at least once.
2. Strong understanding of Polity, History, Economy, Geography, Ethics, and Current Affairs.
3. Excellent research, writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to create content that is both accurate and engaging.
Note: The UPSC Mains requirement may be relaxed for candidates with exceptionally strong storytelling, writing, or creative content skills.
Must-haves
- ⭐ Good to Have:
- 1. Experience in content writing/editing for UPSC or competitive exams.
- 2. Ability to analyse PYQs and convert insights into high-quality study material.
- 3. Experience creating educational content in a fast-paced environment.
- 📝 Selection Assignment:
- As part of the selection process, you'll be asked to create sample notes on any two UPSC-relevant topics in a creative storytelling format.
